They call him HOV!! H to the O V yep today is the day Sean Carter a.k.a Jay-Z was born 40 years ago on December 4, 1969. The man that throws up the ROC, the man that just could not seem to get away from the rap game after being in retirement. But I'm glad he is back, to show the new hip hop cats how to be in the game. Whether it be in business, music, clothing, whatever. So I'm here to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAY-Z! May you have many more!
